@instamart_it @instamart_it kindly processed my refund it’s more than 2 days still I am getting just sorry email… it’s mistake of delivery agent he didn’t delivered ( handover ) the product to me then why I should pay . Please help to get refund asap

@instamart_it @Swiggy @instamart_it kindly asked and verified first where the delivery agent handover the product. After the delivering product the delivery guy is neither receiving call of mine nor your instamart support team nor store person.

@Swiggy @instamart_it No resolution till now … if my product is not handover ( or delivered ) to me then I should get my product or refund the amount. Firstly asked and verified the delivery agent whom and where he delivered the product

@Swiggy and @instamart_it yest I have ordered two product ( the screenshot) attached however both products were not delivered to me out of which one (999rs) was showing cancelled and refund is issued however for other( 799rs) showing delivered without receiving the product it .
