In a major breakthrough, IGIS, Crime Branch arrested most wanted receiver of stolen cars Jishan Pawwa. He has dismantled and disposed of thousands of cars stolen from various areas of Delhi & NCR in the infamous market of Meerut which is said to be the ‘Mortuary of stolen cars’.
