Talent Lead @Railway - Big fan of climbing and making friends :)

[Ian Kollmar @igk]

I'm having a good time cosplaying as a SWE 🕴️‍♂️

[Jake @JustJake]

At this point, if you haven't drastically changed the way your company operates since the start of the year...

I don't know what to tell you

Our People/Talent team is writing internal changelogs for the automations/bots that manage our pipelines

[Ian Kollmar @igk]

Oh boy. Build n' deploy all in one place. @railway's https://t.co/aTVAGIYHlN is out :)

[Railway @Railway]

https://t.co/l0UpFqbBHt one-shotted this multiplayer FPS game

Every visual and sound was generated from scratch

The agent even played against itself, then deployed the game to Railway (prompt and link below)

[Ian Kollmar @igk]

@Souf_Oaklin Why did they close in the first place?

[Jake @JustJake]

We're scaling our Customer Experience Org!

Ray+CX Team has built the foundations. A custom, in house engine we call "Central Staton"

Hiring on both Customer Success (to help shape our Support + Product Vision) and Support Engineering (Build the machine that builds the machine)

[Ian Kollmar @igk]

🚨 We're hiring a foundational recruiter at @Railway .

This is one of the most important hires we’ll make — and one of the most exciting roles in recruiting today.

Why?

1. We're competing with the biggest companies in the world.

2. We're attacking the largest market on the internet: general computing.

3. It’s a 12-figure revenue opportunity if we execute.

4. We’re already seeing double-digit monthly revenue growth — with $0 spent on marketing.

We’re a small, high-trust, high-ownership team — building ambitious things for ambitious builders.

Now we’re looking for a senior recruiter to help scale Railway through Series B and beyond — across both tech and business hiring. We're remote, and believe thats how you hire the best people.

Ideal background:

-You have experience recruiting in the fast-paced startup tech world — building teams in early, high-growth environments.(If your background is dominantly agency or mid/large-company, this probably isn’t the right fit.)

If you’re a hunter, a builder, and you want to help change the game — we want to meet you. 🚂

[Ian Kollmar @igk]

@Tealor_Lee Aww Taylor. Thanks so much! I hope you’re having a lovely trip with the coop!

[Ian Kollmar @igk]

I’ve been at Railway a little over 2 years now — and it’s still the most energizing work I’ve done.

We’re a small team. Growth is nuts. Profitability’s around the corner. Series B on the horizon. But more than all that — it’s how we work that makes me stay.

📈 Audacious opportunity

Everyone’s talking about AI but general computing infrastructure remains the biggest revenue opportunity on the internet. If it works we can superset all the latest trends with our products.

🌍 Remote-first, no weirdness

We hire top-tier people and treat them like adults. No badge scans. No productivity theater. Just high trust, high ownership, and a team that executes.

🛠️ We own the full stack

We’re vertically integrating our entire stack including building our own data centers, writing our own hardware provisioning software, orchestrator, scheduler, builder, support tooling, and more. We like solving the hardest problems in distributed computing and then pressing our technical advantages to squeeze our competitors and bring value to our customers.

🧭 Values that actually show up

Autonomy. Growth. Stewardship. Harmony. Not just onboarding fluff — they show up in feedback, in hiring, in the way we make hard calls.

🏔️ Offsites that don’t suck

We get together a couple times a year in great places — no trust falls, no filler. Just real talk, late-night conversations, and the kind of team bonding that lasts.

💡 And what we look for

People who have a superpower — something rare you’re world-class at. People who care about craft, about velocity, about building things that scale. Folks who ship fast, don’t wait to be told, and ask hard questions. Passion matters here. So does honesty. So does showing up like you actually give a damn.

If that resonates — and you want to build ambitious things with people who care — we’re hiring.

We’re prioritizing hiring Product engineers, Developer Relations, Infrastructure Engineers, and more. https://t.co/ZE4vCXznu8
