@rumpper@adamrangpr@gtconway3d Exactly the British/English tried to wipe out our native language & Gael culture (attire, games etc) alongside ethnic cleansing campaigns & genocide.
Gaels are also a Celtic people like the Gauls the english are not.
So perhaps not exactly the same but I understand the point
@adam__friend @RandRyan1@macjay72@POSearcaigh@GBNEWS@LouHaigh Ireland won't be swallowing any your transparent hypocrisy ever thanks.
Mind your own business and stay out of ours. Ireland decides what terms we use in reference to OUR country not foreigners like you
@adam__friend @RandRyan1@macjay72@POSearcaigh@GBNEWS@LouHaigh Nobody lives in the sea to be offended.
You ignorantly assume others use the same terms (eg La Manche or English channel etc).
You have some cheek however as you hypocrites tried to wipe the term German Ocean from your maps after WW1 as you deemed it politically unacceptable
@macjay72@RandRyan1@POSearcaigh@GBNEWS@LouHaigh Your foreign xenophobic propaganda sources means nothing to our country.
Ireland does not recognise or use that foreign past colonial foisted political descriptor term.
In all my years at gigs in Ireland, I've never once seen this many young people sing together as gaeilge.
Tรก sรฉ go hรกlainn ๐
Go raibh mile maith agaibh @kneecap32
@JesterKing77 @LFCandwhatever1 @MGryphon85 @IGN That's like saying Korean is Chinese.
No.
Ireland is a sovereign independent UN state & our citizens are Irish.
That past foisted colonial occupation prefix only term is not recognised by Ireland & it is utterly irrelevant as it infers nothing.
@IndigenousUlst1@Martin19911950@WeeLassDi@Reunify32@derryjournal This is a serious problem which has reared its head in EU negotiations. Many people from England including a number of their MPs were simply utterly ignorant of almost everything to do with Ireland ๐คฃ. Ireland being on EU side of the table seemed to make them lose their marbles
@Martin19911950@IndigenousUlst1@WeeLassDi@Reunify32@derryjournal I hope you begin to feel better. However if you wish to avail of living in Ireland & claiming benefits may I suggest you don't try to impugn the sovereignty of Ireland and respect the fact that you are granted many rights due to the CTA but remain a foreigner in Ireland
@Martin19911950@WeeLassDi@IndigenousUlst1@Reunify32@derryjournal You seriously don't know that you are a foreigner in Ireland.
Its a foreign country? and EU member state.
The only reason you are allowed to travel and reside in the CTA mutal rights agreement. That could be terminated tomorrow
@WeeLassDi@Martin19911950@IndigenousUlst1@Reunify32@derryjournal It's not an opinion game.
Everybody in NI has the automatic right to citizenship of Ireland this is unique so the government of Ireland does not see any of those people as foreign.
Also there is the act your English friend mentioned
