My wife & me are currently in Istanbul, we landed yesterday. While at a cafe, we forgot our wallet on the table which was then picked up by another tourist woman. She very calmly goes through the wallet and places it in her bag.

It had a significant amount of money as well as our identification, travel card and credit cards. Now we are left without anything to pay even for the cab. There is no way we can withdraw money since the travel card was in the wallet.
