We have reinvented ourselves entirely twice in our 27 year history - first diversifying out of the telecom market and second our reinvention as a SaaS company.

The third reinvention is upon us and we will evolve from being a software company to a deep tech company. Most innovation is in the areas where different technologies meet (databases and apps, silicon and software, AI and BI, mechanical and electronics and so on).

My generation benefitted immeasurably from the liberalisation programmes that Narasimha Rao and Manmohan Singh led. Those benefits transformed confidence levels and led to this brilliant, confident younger generation that is taking India beyond what we could have dreamt of.
