उत्तर प्रदेश में न्याय का पैमाना आखिर तय कौन कर रहा है?

गाज़ियाबाद में सूर्या हत्याकांड का आरोपी असद पुलिस एनकाउंटर में मार दिया जाता है, मीडिया में वाह-वाही सोशल मीडिया पर जश्न।

फिरोजाबाद में जितेंद्र पर आरोप है कि उसने एक मासूम बच्चे को ज़मीन पर पटक-पटक कर मार डाला, यहाँ न कोई प्राइम टाइम बहस हुई।

न कोई राष्ट्रव्यापी गुस्सा दिखा, न कोई "एनकाउंटर" की मांग, आरोपी को पैरों में गोली मारकर ज़िंदा गिरफ्तार कर लिया जाता है।

उत्तर प्रदेश में कानून का व्यवहार भी नाम देखकर बदल जाता है? क्या एनकाउंटर का रास्ता सिर्फ़ उर्दू नाम वालों के लिए सुरक्षित है?

गिद्ध मीडिया का आक्रोश भी पहचान देखकर तय होता है? क्या एक मासूम की जान की कीमत उसके हत्यारे के नाम से तय होगी?

हम हर अपराधी के लिए एक ही कानून चाहते हैं, या तो सबको अदालत में पेश करो, या फिर मान लो कि इस देश में न्याय नहीं, पहचान के आधार पर अलग-अलग नियम-कानून रहे हैं। #UttarPradesh
