#Monsoon2026 has advanced into more parts of far northeast #India & #Bangladesh. Conditions can favor advance into more parts of #AndhraPradesh & #Karnataka over the next few days, but MJO in phase 8 can slow the advance & lead to lighter rainfall in SW India this week.

#Monsoon2026 has advanced across most of #TamilNadu, more of #Karnataka, parts of #Maharashtra & southern #AndhraPradesh. The monsoon can advance into more of Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh & some parts of # Telangana over the next couple of days.

The monsoon reached #Kerala today which verifies my forecast from 15 April. The monsoon can slowly advance to more parts of #TamilNadu & #Karnataka over the next few days. Areas of blowing sand/dust in parts of central & southern #Pakistan & northwest #India into Friday.
