Umbre (Uhm-bah) is a tier 4 Phantom that blinks to the backline and causes havoc! Although it has strong auto crits, this unit is geared around a DEVASTATING omega ability. It has very consistent targeting and both aspects of its Steam affinity play beautifully into it
