Hey @ZomatoIndia, I ordered Pav Bhaji from Marathi Katta, Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi (Order ID: #8226159377) and never received it. Instead of letting me speak to a human agent, you auto-raised a ticket AND closed it yourselves citing “lack of evidence.” @zomatocare
