@AAPresident @BBCNews @TheAA_UK Bizarrely, joined up thinking seems to be a thing of the past! Just last week on the M25, a coach was on fire, from around 4pm yet traffic was continually allowed to join the standstill traffic to add further to the queues.

As someone who supports #ExcludedUK, and who helped friends and family who were excluded in their darkest hours, it is great to know that there are still people still prepared to speak out. Our members are reassured that we are still being talked about and that people are made aware that we are still feeling the after-effects of the previous government's policy decisions to exclude us from parity of Covid-19 financial support.

As you know, we have tried everything to get our story out to the world in any way, shape or form and, so far, nobody has been willing to feature us in a major way...well, not enough for the general public to sit up and take us seriously.
We had a glimmer of hope with some media interest following ITV's #MrBatesVsThePostOffice drama, but all the interviews came to nothing, meaning our story still didn't make the main news, let alone the TV.

Then we were approached by a TV production company.....
......we had several meetings.....
.......then we were sent the attached trailer ....
..........when we stopped crying...
.......we decided that we would back the production company....
........please watch the trailer and give us your reactions..

It is a sign of the times when a TV drama has to be made for these scandals to be addressed, but so be it... the working title of our TV drama is: EXCLUDED: The national COVID-19 financial scandal

ExcludedUK will promote the crowd funder for this TV pilot to see if we can raise enough money to make the pilot episode (we are hoping to make at least two more episodes once the pilot episode is sold).
All the jobs required to create the pilot episode will be offered to ExcludedUK members first (details to follow soon).
The production company have signed a contract to say that if there are excess donations after the pilot is filmed, these donations will be transferred into the ExcludedUK fund. Also, if the fundraiser fails to attract enough donations, after costs, whatever is raised will be transferred into the ExcludedUK fund.

·Those whose personal circumstances have affected entitlement to support e.g. pensions, bereavement allowance, carer’s allowance, students, armed forces veterans… and more…

ExcludedUK are asking for:
(1) An apology from government so this injustice is recognised and assurance that it will never happen again.
(2) Parity of support
(3) Acknowledgement of loss of earnings/profit and consequential loss.
