@SunilBhartiMitl@airtelindia@airtelnews It is disappointing that Airtel seems unconcerned about its customers. I paid for the Black on Feb 19, but it has yet to be installed. Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue has only been escalated.
@Airtel_Presence Thanks, Amit. As expected, a private organization taking 48 to 72 hours to install DTH is unreasonable. The initial service experience reflects what can be expected in the future. Once my advance payment is used up, I will consider switching from Airtel. Appreciate your response.

@IndiaPostOffice My speed post having article number EI410975073IN is in delivery location since 23 oct but yet not delivered. While communication with the delivery person, he started shouting over the call and asked to file a complaint against him.The delivery yet not completed.
