@samaritans are supporting the campaign this year by encouraging people to share things that help them feel hopeful when they’re going through a difficult time.

.@MindlineTrans is a confidential emotional, mental health support helpline and signposting service.
The service welcomes callers from across the UK, and is now operating Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 8pm and midnight - call them on 0300 330 5468.

They have launched a survey asking men aged between 26-45 from ethnic minority backgrounds about their experiences of mental health support.
