Seyi Makinde is making a video urging Nigerians to ensure they get their PVCs inspite of the ruling party's attempt to engender voter apathy through threats of violence and electoral manipulation from the likes of Tennebe and Wike, then it means rigging is less decisive when people come out enmasse to vote.
