The Constitution of India guarantees One Nation, One Citizenship. No State Government can create a parallel mechanism that undermines this constitutional principle.

The Karnataka Congress Government's Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) notification raises serious constitutional and national security concerns. It risks weakening citizenship verification and undermining the Union Government's exclusive authority over citizenship.

I have written to the Hon'ble Union Home Minister Shri @AmitShah Ji seeking immediate intervention to examine the constitutional validity of the notification, keep its implementation in abeyance, and ensure that no PRC is issued without comprehensive citizenship verification by the competent Central authorities.

The Constitution is supreme. National security is non-negotiable.

ಅವರ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ ಜೀವನದ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಗೌರವಿಸೋಣ, ಆದರೆ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರದ್ದು, ಹಾಗಾಗಿ ಕನ್ನಡತನ ಮತ್ತು ಕನ್ನಡದ ಉಳಿವು ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರು ಒಕ್ಕೋರಲವಾಗಿ ದನಿ ಎತ್ತಬೇಕು. Inner Line Permit is the need of the hour.

ಉದ್ಯೋಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, ಉದ್ಯಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಗ್ಗಟ್ಟಾಗಿ ದುಡಿಯಬೇಕು. ಯುವಕರಿಗೆ ಅರಿವು ಮೂಡಿಸಿ ತರಬೇತಿ ನೀಡಿ ಉದ್ಯೋಗ ನೀಡಬೇಕು. ಯುವಕರೂ ಆಲಸ್ಯ ತೊರೆದು ದುಡಿಯಬೇಕು.

ಮೈಮರೆತರೆ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಪರರ ಸ್ವತ್ತಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. Be alert!
