Joint Operations (24–30 April 2025): 259 Arrested Nationwide
From 24–30 April 2025, Bangladesh Army, in coordination with other law enforcement agencies, conducted multiple joint operations across the country. A total of 259 criminals—including murder suspects, miscreants, drug dealers, and gang members were arrested.
Recovered items include illegal firearms, explosives, narcotics, stolen goods, and counterfeit passports. The Army also mediated in industrial zones to reduce unrest over wages and bonuses.
Operations continue to ensure public safety. Citizens are urged to report suspicious activity to the nearest Army camp.
