Website shows stock → checkout says Out of Stock.
Who is responsible if filters vanish in 6 yrs?

My OLA S1 is in service center on March 25th 2024

OLA Service team told battery and the MCU issue and It will take 1 month of time to repair.
I don't know why it take 1 month to repair?

The service champion is not sharing me the exact status of my scooter, simply says that he need to ask the higher officials they are on leave for a week!

I'm really getting frustrated even after 3 weeks my vehicle is still in inspection. You were not ready to repair my vehicle.

This is to mention Vignesh Balu ([phone]) from Madurai. He had taken 12 days to create a job card.
Vehicle was towed to Nagercoil service center on 25-03-24 and job card was made on 6-04-24.
Still the work has not started but I need my scooter delivered by this saturday.

If i didn't get a call back from the respective team in 1hour, I'm planing to toe my scooter out of service center and park it in the middle of the road and make it fire with petrol and make an awareness video of how OLA people works.. I'm totally depressed because of you people.

Hi Mr @bhash here is how your people works.

Fault is identified its with the battery and the MCU on 25th march. why its getting late to change the Battery and MCU.

Service center person says it will take 1 month to repair.

So Kindly provide me spare scooter.
