The Zama OG NFT rewards creators and developers who believed in Zama’s mission early. Thanks in part to your support, Zama went from moon-math curiosity to a top-trending protocol, putting privacy + FHE on the map forever. As a token of appreciation (no pun intended), OG NFT holders get two exclusive benefits:
I have 5 Zama OG NFT to give away.

(Announcing the winner tomorrow, December 24, at 1 PM CET, in this thread.).
After much anticipation, @zama has officially announced the results of #ZamaCreatorProgram season 4. This season's results were announced earlier and were more popular with creators than many previous seasons when Zama used the cookie rankings to reward them.
As we all have seen, $Zama's scoring algorithm has many problems when it prioritizes interactions such as likes, comments, retweets, while ignoring the quality of the posts. That has led to many people taking advantage of the algorithm to spam posts, boost views, boost likes, while many creators who are dedicated to writing quality posts are ignored. However, with cookies, all interaction indicators are secondary, the most important factor is the quality of information that the post provides. This has been clearly shown in the results of this season 4 when there are many small accounts with not much interaction but still ranked at the top.
Season 5 has also officially launched and according to @zama 's announcement, this will be the last season before the project officially implements auction bid, so let's try our best this season.
With just one day left, the #ZamaCreatorProgram is about to officially come to an end and perhaps this will also be its final season.
There have been moments of joy, bursts of inspiration, and even a few tears. But above all, I hope everyone will remember the time we spent together diving deep into FHE technology and the @zama ecosystem.
Whatever comes next, the spirit of learning, exploration, and connection that we built together will always be something to cherish.
For a long time, blockchain users have been faced with a choice: speed or security. Some security technologies are being applied but are still not really perfect and quantum resistance is still in question. That's why @zama was born. With @zama , everything is absolutely encrypted at rest, in transit, and even in operation.
The system operates. Data never leaks.
Some of Zama's technological pieces include:
- FHE: No one, not even the system, ever sees the plaintext.
- FHEVM: An Ethereum-compatible virtual machine where every state is ciphertext.
- ACL: Encrypted access control, defining exactly who can process or decrypt data.
- MPC Operators: No single party can decrypt alone, security through distributed trust.
- HPU: Hardware-accelerated chips purpose-built for FHE, delivering unprecedented performance.
When using dapps that apply FHE technology, you can be completely assured about your data.

💡 Explaining the Access Control List (ACL) feature of the Zama Protocol.
The ACL is a permission management system designed to control who can access, compute on, or decrypt encrypted values in Zama's FHEVM. By defining and enforcing these permissions, the ACL ensures that encrypted data remains secure while still being usable within authorized contexts.
Why is the ACL important?
Encrypted data in FHEVM is entirely confidential, meaning that without proper access control, even the contract holding the ciphertext cannot interact with it.
The ACL enables:
◼️ Granular permissions: Define specific access rules for individual accounts or contracts.
◼️ Secure computations: Ensure that only authorized entities can manipulate or decrypt encrypted data.
◼️Gas efficiency: Optimize permissions using transient access for temporary needs, reducing storage and gas costs.

Great insights from @juanbenet on the state of onchain privacy, his thesis on FHE, and the future of private compute. Watch the recording from last week’s fireside chat with @analog_kyle at the Zama CoFHE Shop ⬇️

Why does @zama focus on developing FHE technology and not other security technologies?
1. FHE enables end-to-end data without the need for decryption across all blockchains as Solana, Ethereum, Plolygon...
2. FHE has the potential to be widely applied in practice such as blockchain, AI, education, healthcare...
3. Developers do not need to learn additional programming languages to be able to develop applications using FHE technology.
