@NBA get rid of the digital on-court branding (Oculus and Kia). It's distracting to the game. Don't we have enough advertising already?

[Ian O'Gorman @IOG12]

@peetscoffee Thanks for passing along my feedback. I'd love to know how you'll address these types of issues for customers, like me, impacted from their local store being part of the test.

[Ian O'Gorman @IOG12]

@peetscoffee Introducing a 100% cashless policy is crazy! How do my kids, w/ no phone or CC, make a purchase? What happens if I only have cash on hand? What if you're app is down (let's be honest - it's not as reliable as it should be to pivot to 100% cashless)? Enlighten me....

[Ian O'Gorman @IOG12]

@peetscoffee Would love to get some feedback on my questions.

[Ian O'Gorman @IOG12]

@peetscoffee I will not be buying anything from your stores when this policy goes into effect. Minus 1 loyal customer on 8/10.

[Ian O'Gorman @IOG12]

In today's climate, I understand the need to utilize cashless options but drawing a line in the sand to say "we don't take cash" is not right. How about promoting/ incentivizing customers to use cashless options instead?!

@RokuSupport My order was shipped to the wrong address. Now the people I bought the unit for might not get their Roku in time for Christmas. What happened? Please help!!

[Ian O'Gorman @IOG12]

@MountainAmerica Can't get ahold of your customer service by phone or chat. Please help!

[Ian O'Gorman @IOG12]

@CaltransHQ On i15 North to Vegas and sitting in over an hour of traffic because of road construction. Why would you ever do construction on a Saturday on a main 2 lane corridor!!

[Ian O'Gorman @IOG12]

@DivvyBikes in Chicago, just downloaded your app and it doesn't work. Won't process payment info....help!

[Ian O'Gorman @IOG12]

@SpotifyCares my app is glitching again! Just shuts off midway thru songs. So frustrating. Help please.

[Ian O'Gorman @IOG12]

@SpotifyCares Been a customer for over 5 years. About to cancel. Your app has been horrible the last 3 months on my Galaxy S9+. Crashes all the time, glitches and can't advance tracks when connected to bluetooth. I'm done trying to self fix with the links you send...

[Ian O'Gorman @IOG12]

@SpotifyCares The Spotify App on my Samsung Galaxy S9+ is constantly crashing. It's also not allowing me to change tracks while connected to bluetooth in my car. Help!

[Ian O'Gorman @IOG12]

@EcoWaterSys @Costco Purchased an Ecowater system about a year ago and nothing but problems. Charged for service calls and horrible customer service. Does @Costco really stand behind this product? Unit hasn't worked right since purchase. Feel like my family was scammed.

@wsl Google chrome on Galaxy S9 +

[Ian O'Gorman @IOG12]

@wsl You're webcast is horrible. I get bounced back to the home screen every 5 minutes. This is a different interface from other streaming events. What's going on

[Ian O'Gorman @IOG12]
