Info sellers are stuck at $20k/mo because they give too much value in their LT community/course.
If you overload your $97/mo LT with hours and hours of course content teaching everything from A to Z you are technically loosing potential HT clients.
Your LT members will learn everything they need, will feel “accomplished” and will end up with the results they wanted. They won’t need your 6k mentorship offer.
If you want to scale your info-product business you need to create what’s called a value ladder 🪜.
You want your LT offer to give them quick results so that they will feel satisfied (but not enough). You don’t want to solve all the problems.
The value/information they will get needs to be “enough” so that they buy the 6k offer to then solve their problems and get the results they want.
If you have a HT offer, the core purpose of a LT offer is to get them into your ecosystem and get them to start climbing the value ladder.
As they go, they will need help for certain things and you’ll be able to upgrade your LT customers into your HT offer.

I became obsessed with the possibility that an online business could give me the life I've always wanted.
I was surrounded by all these shiny vehicles with their exceptional marketing angle and gurus selling programs on it.
It made me feel completely lost.
“dropshiping?"
"amazon FBA?"
"trading?"
"YouTube automation?"
Every f*cking business model is marketed as THE best option in this red ocean.
And all of them bashing the each others.
Me and my dad were speaking about how we could find a way to make money me and he said to me:
"We live in a world of eyeballs, with attention, you can do almost anything."
That phrase made me think a lot.
I realized everyone online showcasing the life I wanted made their money selling courses because they had attention.
I researched, went on YouTube, and fell into the info space. Realized making personal brands more money while taking a % was legit.
People I look up to, guys like Ben Bader and Pierre Khoury gave me the confirmation I needed.
So I jumped in and started my info-product agency @IP6partners
Trust me, it's far from beginner-friendly, but when you learn to play the info game, it's infinitely scalable.
Just one good client can change your life.
Info is the vehicle I chose.
I’m not telling you to start selling info.
What I want to tell you is most of the time, the problem isn't the vehicle but it's the driver.
As soon as you hit a roadblock, you give up and jump to another opportunity... until you find another roadblock.
Give yourself a chance and become obsess on one thing.
You’re not an octopus.
talking head vids are the cheat code in the info game right now.
literally just:
- talk 60 seconds/day on instagram
- same thing on YT but longer and more centered on value
- speak directly to your ICP
- stay authentic & raw
- have a decent infrastructure to convert those people
all that people wanna watch these days is someone raw-taking about his shit,
no fancy edits.
Stop spraying and praying…
Every time you send an outbound DM. Hundreds if not thousands of other people are sending the same copy & pasted script.
Don’t be scared to stand out and not look like a bot.
- start off the convo into their world
- get buddy buddy with them
- stay authentic
- send a hyper personalized loom genuinely helping them improve an aspect in their business
- pitch the call
10 hyper personalized loom vids/DMs is 100X better than 249 of the same copy & pasted bullshit.
spent all my free time today outlining all of the step to build a 6-7 figure coaching business on miro for my agency.
from content optimization to scaling.
not finish yet cause i’m going through every step in details.
idk whats the point of this tweet but i guess you now know i love systemizing and shit
If you are one of them and you have experience, I would love to see you in my DMs :
- Dialer
- Appt Setter
- Sales Manager
- Closer
Looking to connect with skilled people and put them on a HT offer once there’s an opportunity to help us scale @IP6partners
Market research is boring.
But skipping it is why most offers flop.
It’s the difference between a $5k/mo hustle and a $100k/mo machine.
Before you build anything, do this: 🧵
1. Niche/Funnel Hacking
If someone is in the same niche as you and is printing with his offer, do not try to reinvent the wheel, take what’s working and implement it for your own offer.
You want to identify all big competitors in your niche, go into their sales funnel and analyze every step to implement the best aspects in your offer.
(Gather all the funnel URLs in a sheet. Those will be useful for guidance and building.)
3 high-ticket mentorship funnels that are responsible for millions of info sold (copy them)…
1. The straight VSL funnel (2 ways)
First way:
You redirect all the attention you get from your content directly to a landing page including a VSL + an application (if high traffic).
Pros: More quality leads
Cons: Less leads overall
Second Way:
Before redirecting all the leads to a landing page, you market the page as a “Free Training” to gather their info to then send them to the actual landing page.
Pros: More leads overall
Cons: Lower quality leads
Looking For Experienced Setters & Dialers
I’m looking for setters and dialers who know what they’re doing.
If you have a proven track record and you’re interested in partnering up with my info-agency to have a placement in high-ticket offers and opportunities on the long-term. Hit my DMs 🥂
You want more clients for your high-ticket offer?
Then stop marketing your community like this…
When your goal is to get high-quality leads for your mentorship program while using a free community as TOF (Top of funnel).
Do NOT market this community as: “join my free community”
Instead, market the central assets that comes with joining.
Here’s a list of examples:
• Free guide / PDFs
• Direct message support with you
• Group calls / Live Q&As
• Free live training
People won’t join for the sake of just joining.
Sometimes having more “YES” for an info-product offer doesn’t mean you’re making more money. Get more “NOs” but once you make that sell, it’s like selling 10 at the time.
Do not fear putting your price higher.
Build a brand with an intention.
You don’t wanna be famous just for the sake of it.
And you don’t wanna be that random creator with 2 million followers that can’t sell 10 t-shirts.
Attract, build trust, educate, convert 🔄
Promote yourself.
