It’s taken me 4+ years and a lot of learning from the likes of @drjasonfung, @wheatbelly, @garytaubes, @drewmagary and my 17 yr old son but today for the first time in my adult life, I am no longer obese. Almost 100 lbs lost. The work continues but today is a big day!
