@AvantiWestCoast Yes I got the Advance ticket part. What I’m asking is why? Both trains were @AvantiWestCoast trains. Both were leaving from Crewe and both were going to London Euston. The late train was a/your fault. So why not let us on?

@AvantiWestCoast I have a ticket to London Euston. My 16:31 train is delayed. No clue when it’s arriving. I wasn’t allowed to get on the 16:46 Avanti West Coast train to London Euston because of my advance ticket. Given your prices are shocking- please explain.
