N-Back is a memory game where you have to remember what you saw N turns ago and spot matches as the sequence keeps coming. The higher the N, the harder it gets. I use an app for Android called Dual NBack. I hear a letter and see a square on a grid light up. (Thats the dual). It’s one of the most researched forms of cognitive training. Regular practice is believed to strengthen working memory, focus, and potentially fluid intelligence.

@initlabor @Mangan150 Depends on the size of the eggs and the pot of water. I use a small pot with 6 eggs. Once boiling I set a timer for 4 minutes. Then rinse in cold water and peel.
