I’ve had a bad experiences at Premier Inn recently. Very disappointed with hotel response and subsequent disinter service response. What’s changed / gone wrong since Alison Brittan left Whitbread. Seems a change in culture and care?

I am interested to learn how many other small developers are impacted yet again as new BAT regulations from Natural England. I am building a case to Demonstrate to Dept of Communities that yet again the Quango is requiring further surveys and reports that require more expense.

@SW_Help thank you to the station supervisor at Woking station late last night (18/07/2025) who, when asked for assistance, with a nuisance passenger smoking on the platform, immediately stepped in and managed the passenger and the situation most professionally.

Laura - please ask National Grid CEO to come onto your programme to apologise and explain how such a large fire in west London caused so much disruption. At least Heathrow CEO had the decency to apologise on Today this morning.

@GBNEWS Why all the focus on Heathrow? Ask the National Grid CEO to explain how and why such a large fire caused so much disruption - I thought the whole point of a national grid was to ensure power at all times?
