@thalys_en Also, why is the SMS service and website constantly delayed? When we have announcements at the station... How are updates delayed by an hour on the site or through SMS?
This is literally the worst delay I've experienced because of the complete lack of communication..
Don't understand how @thalys_en would explain that the previous trains from Paris Gare du Nord were delayed, only to not have this information available on the website. Just absolutely horrendous in this heat.
@thalys_en Appreciate you Jude, but considering we've been dying in heat for the last several hours this is the type of communication we would have wanted hours ago.
@thalys_en Currently stranded in Paris in record heat and Thalys manages to continue putting on shows of ineptitude. This is absolutely atrocious and 50 percent refund simply will not cut it. No water, horrible updates. Just absolutely terrible service all around
