@shankysanghi@jburnmurdoch I had some tests a couple of years ago. Results concerned the doctor, but not immediately threatening. Within two months I had major surgery followed two weeks as an inpatient.
We tend to hear about the bad outcomes, not the okay ones.

@ConnorScottG@danwaterfield If he’s looking at maths degrees, university entry requirements are crazy high. “Problem” is that if you’re good at maths, it’s pretty easy to get A*s in maths and further maths. So it’s hard for universities to distinguish between candidates.
