CBI में IPS SP के लिए 78 पद स्वीकृत किए गए हैं, जिनमें से 45 पद खाली हैं। NIAमें एसपी के 39 पद हैं। इनमें 13 पद खाली हैं। NPA में IPS SP के 14 में से 5 पद रिक्त हैं।इसके अलावा BSF में IPS IG के लिए स्वीकृत 22 में से 6 पद खाली पड़े हैं। CRPF में IPS IG के 23 में से 4 पद रिक्त हैं।
