@tmclaughbos my wife has one.. I hate it.. she can't disconnect from it -- Heart Rate is accurate-enough.. if you want "good enough" metrics.. I know of someone that it saved their life (VFIB) If you are a hard-core metrics, like marathoners have.. then maybe something in that realm?
