Demolishing someone's home and rendering their family homeless is both inhumane and unjust. The repeated targeting of minorities in BJP-ruled states is deeply troubling. Such actions have no place in a society governed by the Rule of Law.

The Congress Party strongly condemns the BJP state governments for their blatant disregard of the Constitution, using bulldozing as a tactic to instill fear among citizens. Anarchy cannot replace natural justice—offences must be adjudicated in courts, not through state-sponsored coercion.

मोदी सरकार की युवा विरोधी नीतियों के चलते देश में नौकरियों का अकाल पड़ गया है।

बैंक ऑफ़ बड़ौदा की ताज़ा रिपोर्ट बताती है कि केवल 2022-23 में ही देश की 375 कंपनियों में 2.43 लाख़ नौकरियाँ घट गईं।

हमारे युवा कुछ मुट्ठीभर नौकरियाँ पाने के लिए लाखों की तादाद में चक्कर काट रहे हैं।

🔸बिहार में सिपाही भर्ती परीक्षा चल रही है, उसमें मात्र 21 हज़ार खाली पदों के लिए 18 लाख अभ्यर्थियों ने आवेदन किया है।

इससे पहले वाली परीक्षा का पेपर 4 दिन पहले लीक हो गया था, जिसके चलते ये परीक्षा दोबारा से कराई जा रही है।

🔸उत्तर प्रदेश में 60 हज़ार सिपाहियों की भर्ती के लिए 26 राज्यों के 6.30 लाख युवाओं ने भी आवेदन किया है।

इस परीक्षा का भी पेपर एक बार लीक हो चुका है।

🔸केवल जुलाई के महीने तक ही, इस साल 1.24 लाख आईटी सेक्टर में नौकरियाँ घटी, जिसमें भारत के युवाओं को खासा नुकसान हुआ।

बैंकिंग, फाइनेंस, इंश्योरेंस, हॉस्पिटलिटी - सभी सेक्टरों में नौकरियाँ कम हुई हैं।

🔸ऊपर से मोदी सरकार चीन को "लाल आँख" नहीं, चीनी कंपनियों के निवेश के लिए "लाल कारपेट" बिछाने जा रही है।

🔸मोदी जी ने ग़लत methodology का इस्तेमाल करवा कर एक रिपोर्ट बनवाई और करोड़ों रोज़गार देने के झूठे दावे किये।

KLEMS के डेटा से फ़र्ज़ी narrative गढ़ने के लिए मोदी सरकार ने Census का सहारा न लेकर, अलग-अलग वर्ष के लिए अलग-अलग आबादी के डेटा सेट का सहारा लिया, जिससे Worker Population Ratio ग़लत आया। ऊपर से ग्रामीण और शहरी आबादी की वृद्धि एक ही मान ली गई, जिससे Overestimation हुआ।

इसके अलावा ये अब जगजाहिर है कि इसमें 'unpaid labour’ और ‘one-hour work per week’ को भी रोज़गार की श्रेणी में गिना गया है।

भारत के हताश-निराश बेरोज़गार युवा मोदी सरकार के ये झूठे हथकंडे अब समझ गए हैं।

आने वाले राज्यों के चुनाव में भाजपा को इसका सबक ज़रूर मिलेगा।

मोदी सरकार ने यहाँ के लोकतंत्र को तोड़ने का काम किया था, जिसके कारण यहाँ अभी तक चुनाव नहीं हुए। लेकिन जब सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने निर्देश दिया, तब जाकर यहाँ चुनाव की घोषणा की गई है।

मोदी सरकार लाख कोशिश कर ले, लेकिन लोगों की आवाज़ को दबा नहीं सकती।

संविधान को तार-तार करती भाजपा ने किया आरक्षण पर डबल वार !

पहला, आज मोदी सरकार ने केंद्र में Joint Secretary, Directors and Deputy Secretary के कम से कम 45 पद Lateral Entry द्वारा भरने का विज्ञापन निकाला है। क्या इसमें SC,ST, OBC एवं EWS आरक्षण है?

सोची समझी साज़िश के तहत भाजपा जानबूझकर नौकरियों में ऐसे भर्ती कर रही है, ताकि आरक्षण से SC, ST, OBC वर्गों को दूर रखा जा सके।

दूसरा, यूपी में 69,000 सहायक शिक्षकों की नियुक्ति में आरक्षण घोटाले का अब हाई कोर्ट के फ़ैसले से पर्दाफ़ाश हो चुका है।

श्री राहुल गाँधी ने मार्च 2024 में दलित और पिछड़े वर्ग में आरक्षण घोटाले में प्रधानमंत्री जी को पत्र लिखकर वंचित अभ्यर्थियों की आवाज़ उठाई थी। योगी सरकार ने अभ्यर्थियों से नाइंसाफ़ी करते हुए ये पद भरे थे, जिसमें दलित और पिछड़े वर्ग का आरक्षण का संवैधानिक हक़ उनसे छीना गया।

अब हमें पता चला की भाजपा की सहयोगी दल की केंद्रीय मंत्री ने नौकरियों में आरक्षण पर हो रहे धाँधली पर सरकार का ध्यान क्यों आकृष्ट कराया था।

भारत के संविधान में निहित आर्थिक, सामाजिक और राजनीतिक न्याय के प्रावधानों को पूर्णतः लागू करना आवश्यक है।

कांग्रेस पार्टी इसीलिए सामाजिक न्याय के लिए जातिगत जनगणना की माँग कर रही है।

Unemployment has been the biggest curse under Modi Govt.

Modi Govt is using dubious employment data which is grossly inflated by counting ‘unpaid labour’ and ‘one-hour work per week’, as a ridiculous PR exercise!

🔹In Maharashtra, where 1.11 lakh women applied for a mere 1,257 Mumbai Police constable posts, many of them forced to spend the night on the pavement with toddlers, is a grim reminder of the grave unemployment situation.

🔹A suicide helpline number launched on July 15 by the Diamond Workers Union Gujarat has received more than 1,600 distress calls from those who either lost their jobs or were struggling with reduced wages that crippled their household finances.

Surat’s famed diamond industry is facing recession, with firms announcing a "10-day vacation" for their 50,000 employees.

Last month, we witnessed how over 25,000 jobseekers had turned up for 2,216 vacancies for the post of loaders at Mumbai airport. Similar stampede like scenes were witnessed in Gujarat’s Bharuch, where 1,800 people turned up for 10 openings at a private company.

No amount of whitewashing by Modi Govt can change the truth that lakhs of job aspirants have to daily struggle on the road with very few jobs!

We convened a meeting of AICC General Secretaries, In-charges and Pradesh Congress Committee Presidents to discuss Organisational matters and various issues of national importance for election preparedness.

1⃣The shocking revelations of nexus between SEBI and Adani needs to a thorough investigation. The money of small investors in the stock market can’t be jeopardised. Modi Govt must immediately seek the resignation of SEBI chairperson and constitute a JPC in this regard.

2⃣The pressing issues of unbridled unemployment and uncontrolled inflation and depletion of household savings are our focus. The poor and middle class have been betrayed.

3⃣The attack on the Constitution continues unabated. Caste census is the demand of the people.

4⃣The Congress party would continue its fight in demanding legal guarantee of MSP for our farmers.
The Agnipath Scheme imposed on our patriotic youth must be scrapped.

5⃣Train derailments have become a norm, as crores of passengers suffer. Climate related disasters and collapsing infrastructure is also a cause of concern.

We would design a national campaign around these issues and go to the people.

SEBI ने माननीय सुप्रीम कोर्ट के समक्ष मोदी जी के परम मित्र अडानी को हिंडनबर्ग के जनवरी 2023 के ख़ुलासों में Clean Chit दी थी।

आज उसी SEBI के मुखिया के तथाकथित वित्तीय रिश्ते उजागर हुए हैं।

मध्यम वर्ग से संबंधित छोटे और मध्यम निवेशकों, जो अपनी मेहनत की कमाई शेयर बाजार में निवेश करते हैं, उनको संरक्षित करने की आवश्यकता है, क्योंकि वे SEBI में विश्वास करते हैं।

जब तक इस महा-घोटाले में JPC जाँच नहीं होगी, तब तक मोदी जी अपने A1 मित्र की मदद करते रहेंगे और देश की संवैधानिक संस्थाएं तार-तार होती रहेंगी।

SEBI had previously cleared Adani, a close associate of PM Modi, before the Supreme Court following the January 2023 Hindenburg Report revelations.

However, new allegations have surfaced regarding a quid-pro-quo involving the SEBI Chief.

The small & medium investors belonging to the Middle Class who invest their hard-earned money in the stock market need to be protected, as they believe in the SEBI.

A Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) inquiry is imperative to investigate this massive scandal.

Until then, concerns persist that PM Modi will continue to shield his ally, compromising India's Constitutional institutions, painstakingly built over seven decades.

पिछले दिनों Supreme Court का 7-Judge Bench का फ़ैसला आया, जिसमें उन्होंने SC-ST वर्ग के लोगों के लिए Sub-Categorisation का बात की।

इस फ़ैसले में SC-ST वर्ग के आरक्षण में Creamy Layer की भी बात की गई।

भारत में Scheduled Caste के लोगों को सबसे पहले आरक्षण बाबासाहेब डॉ अंबेडकर के Poona Pact के माध्यम से मिला। बाद में पंडित नेहरू और महात्मा गांधी जी के योगदान से इसे संविधान में मान्यता देकर, नौकरी और Educational Institutions में भी लागू किया गया था।

परंतु 70 सालों के बाद भी सरकारी नौकरियों में जब SC व ST समुदायों के लोगों की भर्तियाँ देखते है, तो पाते है कि अभी भी जो vacancies है वो नहीं भरी जा रही है, अधिकतर पद ख़ाली है। जिसका अर्थ है कि इन वर्ग के लोग, सम्मिलित रूप से मिलकर भी इन पदों को नहीं भर पा रहे। ये अभी भी सामान्य वर्ग के लोगों के साथ Compete नहीं कर सकते।

और सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात है कि आरक्षण का आधार किसी समुदाय या व्यक्ति की आर्थिक तरक़्क़ी - Economic Development नहीं था। बल्कि यह समाज में हज़ारों सालों से फैली अस्पृश्यता, Untouchability- छूआछूत को मिटाना - ख़त्म करना है । और यह समाज से अभी भी ख़त्म नहीं हुआ है। कई उदाहरण रोज़ हमारे सामने आते हैं।

इसलिए SC- ST समुदाय में creamy layer के बारे में बात करना ही ग़लत है । कांग्रेस पार्टी इसके ख़िलाफ़ है।

एक तरफ़ सरकार धीरे धीरे सरकारी PSU बेचकर नौकरियां ख़त्म कर रही है। ऊपर से, भाजपा की दलित-आदिवासी मानसिकता, आरक्षण पर निरंतर प्रहार कर रही है ।

सरकार चाहती तो इस मुद्दे को इसी सत्र में संविधान संशोधन लाकर सुलझा सकती थी। मोदी सरकार 2-3 घंटे के अंदर नई बिल ले आती है तो ये भी संभव था।

Judgement के अन्य विषयों की बारीकी के ऊपर निर्णय करने के लिए हम अलग अलग लोगों से - intellectual, experts, NGOs के साथ consultations कर रहे हैं।

BJP's policy on Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh neither respects 'Kashmiriyat' nor upholds 'Jamhuriyat' !

The Modi Govt had claimed that this move would help to full integrate Jammu and Kashmir, boost economic development of the region and prevent terrorism and separatism. However, the reality is starkly different:

▪️ Since 2019, there have been 683 fatal terror attacks, resulting in the martyrdom of 258 security personnel and the loss of 170 civilian lives. Notably, 25 terror attacks have occurred in the Jammu region since PM Modi's third oath, claiming the lives of 15 soldiers and injuring 27.

Targeted killings of Kashmiri Pandits have become a norm in the past few years.

▪️A staggering 65% of government department posts in Jammu & Kashmir remain vacant since 2019.

▪️The unemployment rate in Jammu and Kashmir stands at 10%, with an alarming 18.3% youth unemployment rate.

▪️Despite the introduction of the New Industrial Policy in 2021, a mere 3% of investments have materialized on the ground.

▪️40% of projects under the PM's Development Package, 2015, remain pending.

▪️Jammu and Kashmir's net state domestic product (NSDP) growth rate has declined from 13.28% (April 2015-March 2019) to 8.73% post-2019.

The people of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh yearn for normalcy, a sentiment they conveyed to Shri Rahul Gandhi during the Bharat Jodo Yatra.

We demand that elections are held according to the Supreme Court set deadline so that people can elect their own representatives, secure Constitutional rights and put a full stop to this mechanism of being 'ruled by bureaucracy'.

The Indian National Congress stands firmly with the people of these regions, which are an integral part of India.

It is a crying shame that, despite the tall claims by Modi Govt - India has the largest undernourished people in the world.

19.5 crore people in India are undernourished - this is 1 in 4 in the world!

1⃣When Congress-UPA passed the National Food Security Act, 2013, then CM Modi opposed the same. Later, BJP had to make a 'U' turn due to electoral considerations.

After the ill-announced pandemic lockdown, Modi Govt reallocated a major share of Food Security Act to PM Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana and claimed that it is providing ration to 80 Cr people.

But it seems Modi ji's personal PR again took over the actual welfare - for at least 10 crore people are still kept out of this Food Security Act - because Modi Govt has postponed the Census 2021!

2⃣Due to backbreaking, food-snatching, price rise imposed by the BJP, the cost of a healthy diet in India has increased by 17.5% in the past 6 years!

3⃣This shameless government questions the Global Hunger Index - where India stands at 111th out of 125 countries.

Will it now question, the UN Report on 'The State of Food Security and Nutrition in the World, 2024' too?

According to your own Minister's recent reply in Parliament, 17% of children in the age group of 0-5 years are underweight, while 36% are stunted and 6% are wasted.

Modi ji, will you please answer that despite implementing the National Food Security Act, PM Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana and Poshan Abhiyan - why does India still have the largest number of undernourished people in the world, with 19.5 crore people struggling with hunger?

How will these schemes reach India's most vulnerable populations?

जाति जनगणना समय की जरूरत है।

ताकि समान अवसर — हिस्सदारी का लाभ उठाया जा सके!

लेकिन मोदी सरकार हमें इससे वंचित कर रही है।

New developments at India's two-front security paradigm has yet again exposed Modi Govt's rank apathy.

China

▪️ Is it not true that China has built and operationalised a bridge connecting the north and south banks of Pangong Lake, which allows it to have a strategic dominance in the sector, close to our LAC?

▪️ Is it not a fact that China has started constructing a new village along the LAC in the Demchok sector, which along with Depsang, is a point of standoff, post-Galwan?

▪️ Is it not true, that since PM @narendramodi took oath, there have been 25 terror attacks in Jammu & Kashmir, particularly in Jammu region, where 15 soldiers/security personnel have been martyred and 27 have been injured?

▪️ Is it not a fact that Pak-sponsored terrorism has now spread to 3 new districts of Jammu & Kashmir - Doda, Kathua, and Reasi and the share of civilian deaths in such incidents across Jammu and Kashmir (J&K) has been disproportionately high — in fact, the highest in about two decades?

These are extremely serious and sensitive issues of National Security, and needs a united & collective approach.

Parliament must be taken into confidence by the Modi Govt, but in its false bravado & hollow propaganda, it has forgotten that it also has the responsibility to protect India's strategic interests.
