@itsDanBull I made a scene when I was getting harassed by someone on the bus, he sat next to me as it was pretty full so I moved over, he grabbed my thigh and proceeded to tell me that I didn’t have to move and that he liked when “young girls” were close to him… I was 15, no one did a thing

@Hermesparcels so I take it you only get back to people with a tick or a certain amount of followers eh? Fucking appalling. 4/5 parcels I’ve had mis-delivered, and now another one I paid for next day delivery has taken 3 days so far. I’ve been in every “attempt” of delivery too.

Also, the “attempt” at delivery just shows the EXACT same photo for both. Your company is the WORST I’ve ever used and I would gladly just pay extra for someone else to deliver. At least I’ll get my stuff then.

@Hermesparcels I canceled plans today to wait in specifically for a parcel that I paid extra to have delivered today. Hermes then said they tried and failed delivering it, there was NO attempt. I have a dog who barks at any vehicle or person that walks into the cul de sac…

This isn’t the first delivery this has happened with either. I’ve had probably 4/5 like this. I complain and no one gets back to me. Fucking useless the lot of you. Appalling service. Appalling couriers. Appalling customer service.
