With the world becoming an increasingly unstable place, it becomes all the more important to disconnect from everything that's going on.

Many of us, myself included, spend way too much time in front of screens, constantly hearing about every bad thing happening in the world.

I don't think that's a beneficial factor in life, which is why I'm constantly working towards that simpler lifestyle.

More time spent outdoors, in touch with nature & family - means less time worrying about things that hardly affect such a life.

I'll take worrying about the goat that's about to give birth over stressing out about the new geopolitical tensions of the day - any day of the week.
