More than 48 hours since I last heard from the airline regarding the status of my luggage. This bag contains essential medications for my child. If I do not receive the bag asap, I may be compelled to consider legal action. I kindly request that you follow up on my complaint.

Airline has confirmed refund already paid to Cleartrip (UTR shared).
No communication from you until I followed up.
Then a 24-hour deadline for documents.
Hospital records + death certificate already submitted.

Never buy any products from @Crompton_India! Worst dealers and worst after sale service! Dealer does not care, service team does not care and customer care is one of the most laid back team ever! 20 days and still issue is not resolved. 3 complaints in a month! What quality!

1. No work done
2. Traffic jam and noise pollution increase of 1000%
3. No alternatives thought
4. No extra protection taken to control dharavi route
