One thing that your mentors are looking for is your interest & keenness to learn‼️

Make sure you exude those qualities & make it so prominent that it becomes hard to miss.

“Active Participation” is the ticket! It changes everything, magically‼️

- try using a lot of real world examples to explain concepts

- try to keep the examples tuned to the mentee’s past experiences at best

- no harm in repeatedly asking: 🔺did you understand?
