Average traders study the market to find an edge.
Consistently profitable traders study THEMSELVES to find the edge the market keeps taking from them.
The market gives you information.
Self-observation gives you the ability to USE that information.
I'm building a complete ICT Research Library, starting from the latest 2026 lectures and working backward.
Every lecture is organized by topic, with study sections, key concepts, and supporting images.

Building the best AI analyst for traders.
Ask it anything about markets. It pulls live headlines, candle breakdowns, bias, event playbooks, and price charts.
Then answers with the same widgets that power the MRKT dashboard.
Not a chatbot. An analyst.
How to “unfuck” yourself:
Step 1: Stop feeling sorry for yourself, get your mental right and turn your frustrations into rage and definiteness of mission.
Step 2: Go through an arc: what habits needs to change, who’s this new version of me? What does he look like?
Step 3: It’ll suck for a while, but this is part of the process of “unfucking”yourself. Create a routine, ignore outcomes, focus on consistency of input
Step 4: Grind until you get that one win, that’s your silver lining, build momentum from that.
The only way to improve rapidly as a trader:
1. Put in as many hours as possible during the day - live trading, backtesting, journalling
2. Gather as much data as possible on your system (3-5+ years is ideal to know if you have a real edge)
3. Watch your mentors videos every day and re-watch them multiple times (you’ll learn more from the 2nd and 3rd watch than you think)
4. Work on your psychology in spare moments (listen to Mark Douglas while driving, read trading psychology books before going to sleep, etc)
5. Find a reliable trading mentor and work closely with them (you want to be able to text, call or meet this person fairly regularly)
6. Have income / savings that don’t require you to make money from trading straight away
Karpathy just wrote the manual for Claude + Obsidian as a real second brain.
Most vaults die the same way. A year of saved articles and highlights. None of it linked. The graph rots while it still looks impressive.
So he moved the upkeep to the model. You curate sources and ask questions. Claude files, links, and reconciles. You keep judgment. It keeps the books.
raw belongs to you and never gets edited. wiki belongs to Claude. It isn't RAG. Your sources compile once into linked pages and compound from there.
9 rules. Start with 10 sources, not 10,000.
Most people hoard notes. This turns them into a brain that maintains itself.
Knew a trader who made $750k in a year in 2021
The next year he lost it ALL
This is why I tell traders to have data on their strategy for all different market conditions
Your strategy won’t work the same at all times - you need to know what conditions you’re in and adjust your strategy for it
3-5+ years of backtesting minimum before you validate your strategy
GET TO WORK
IMO psychology and discretion are the biggest cope in this space
Good technical skills and confidence behind your process will solve all psychological problems. A disciplined loser is still a loser, a process that works always comes first. The tricky part is having trust in your process, that’s where “psychological” issues stem from
Discretion is just a lazy way to not have consistency in your skill. If you want consistency, every trade must follow the same boring process. Avoiding setups and doing all that “discretionary” shit should only be because you’ve tested and have data that skipping/altering your process will lead to better EV. Most people use discretion as a reason to skip trades, when the underlying reason is fear of losing, which is ultimately a lack of confidence in their process
I was listening to the last few episodes of TRU hosted by the legend @ICT_Concepts and co host @PIPMUNCH
I feel like I'm going through a breakthrough moment right now as I was listening and making notes as I always do
Few weeks back it was about meta cognition and how we view ourselves and Kitt talks about having good stable routine in place. Repeatable actions that put you in the best place mentally and energy wise
I was failing alot of my funded accounts. I wasn't able to get to payouts. I looked back and I realised a lot of the time I was trading out of routine taking random trades and I was nervous and impatient
Last week I just focused on following my plan. The process and passed an 50k eval.
Now here's the thing I've also thought about why I've not managed to get a payout recently as it's been due to feelings that I don't deserve it. I then find ways to self sabotage
It becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. I feel like I'm going to fail and don't derseve it so I find ways to do exactly that.
I'm not going to say I've worked things out now. Just been journaling focusing on what I can control like my fitness and mediation and journal and being more kind to myself
This is why I value the spaces held by Kitt I can pick up on things that others are having success with and implement them into my own lifestyle and plan.
One step at a time.
It is always these 5 components.
It is always in this order.
Don't change the order, that's what protects you.
1. Draw on Liquidity
2. Daily / Protraction Profile
3. Key Level
4. CiC
5. LTF Reversal Signature
