Brown said he has learned to lean more on his assistant coaches, referencing a line from the movie Paid in Full:
"What's the point in having all of these soldiers if you aren't going to use them?"
If you ever played for me, you’ll never question this, I”ll give you everything I have. Whether it’s a day, a season, or years, I’ll always do right by you. Even when the journey ends that doesn’t change the love or the care. My guys are my guys for life 💯❤️🏀
Everybody chasing stars
Real coaches build monsters
Take what you got. Develop it. Demand it. Stack days.
It don’t happen overnight, but it does happen on purpose

Langston University head basketball coach Chris Wright got emotional when talking about what it means to coach at -- and represent -- an HBCU.
The full interview by our own Jarrett Hoffman drops tomorrow on our YouTube channel here https://t.co/c82bMMK4dX
@HBCUSports1@CoachCWRIGHT Again not taking away anything Coach Wright has accomplished he is an Amazing Coach and should be praised as such, but there was a legacy there prior that I was lucky to be apart of. Coach Matt Cross deserves his flowers👏
@HBCUSports1@CoachCWRIGHT No disrespect to Coach Wright whatsoever but Talladega College Men’s Basketball Program was a PowerHouse Prior to his arrival making a Final Four, Holding National Rankings of #1 in 2015, #4 nationally ranked in 2016 and #6 nationally ranked in 2014.
Dear Cayden Boozer,
At some point it will hit you that the job you did for @DukeMBB this season was one of improvement, resilience and a growing confidence. The connection and impact you have with your Brother and teammates is what defines you. Not one play. Keep getting better!
