My brother, Wahab Jamiu, was among the passengers kidnapped yesterday on their way to the NYSC camp. His live location stopped sharing along the Onitsha-Owerri Road.

Thank God we didn’t stop.
A lot of people want to create impact. Only a few are actually willing to do what it takes to create it.
For me, it started small. Just a questionnaire. I wanted to understand what young people and data analysts were really going through. The procrastination that won't quit. The ideas that die in a notes app. The overwhelm nobody admits to out loud.
The feedback alone was amazing. People were more honest than I expected. But then I took it a step further and started having actual 1:1 sessions with some of the people who responded.
That's where things changed for me.
Reading a response is one thing. Sitting across from someone, listening to them talk through what's actually holding them back, and watching something shift in real time is a different kind of insight entirely. I've watched people go from confused to clear in a single conversation. Not because I said anything magic. Because someone finally asked the right questions and actually listened.
This has become bigger than content for me. It's not about posting anymore. It's about people finding clarity. People finding direction. People realizing they're not the only ones stuck.
I love what this has turned into, and I'm hoping to do a lot more of it. More sessions, more honest conversations, more insight that actually leads somewhere useful.
If you've already filled in the questionnaire or sat down with me for a session, thank you. Genuinely.
If you haven't yet, here's your chance to be part of it: https://t.co/yYERdGuLsq
I'm working on a research so I got about 71 entries, and some people indicated that they would be interested in having a follow-up conversation.
Checking their information directly from the dataset in the rows and columns format wasn't effective, because I could easily make mistakes while trying to read through the rows.
Instead, I prompted Gemini to organise the individual entries into a card format, so each individual's response is well organised and easy to access and it delivered it perfectly.
I keep seeing the same content everywhere.
"Be more productive." "Fix your routine." "Do this to be disciplined."
Most of it doesn't work because it's generic and built for symptoms, not the actual person struggling underneath them.
So instead of adding to the pile, I built two questionnaires.
One is for young people trying to understand what it really feels like to navigate life, chase discipline, and stay productive when everything is pulling you in different directions.
The other is for data analysts. Because nobody talks about the human side of that path. The job hunting that drains you. The skills you're forcing yourself to learn.
Building in public when you don't even feel ready. How overwhelming it all is when nobody says it out loud.
65 entries in so far. I need more.
More entries = deeper insight = something I can actually build that helps. Not another post telling you to "just be consistent."
If either of these sounds like you, fill it in. Share it with someone who'd relate.

Thank you, genuinely.
