@SSEAirHelp Hi, received a letter stating I need to arrange a refund as our addresses account has a credit. Tried the Webchat, but keeps saying it’s offline. What’s the next steps here?
Hey @eir, having issues trying to login to my account. Get an invalid username error when entering my email address and when trying to re-register I get told my email is in use.

@TAKEALOT Some serious work needs to be done on the warehouse packing skills. I have a huge box, with a small item, a small box with a book that doesn’t fit properly. Todays delivery had 4 boxes when a max of 2 would suffice.

Could this matter be escalated to a member of the management team that understands the urgency and has the compassion to dealing with a grieving family? We are needing executors letters and details of the executor, yet our requests are being ignored.
@TAKEALOT I’ve been trying for two days to get an issue resolved by your “Customer Service” team but no joy. Not sure if they are using carrier pigeon to communicate between the various departments but maybe upgrade to using a fax machine
@coolideas_ZA When you give the expectation that no downtime will be experienced, that is the expectation that is set. Would also help if the outage list you provide your contact centre staff is the same as you post on your website. Service as a whole is seriously lacking
@coolideas_ZA I did and was promptly told there is no reported maintenance in my area. That fact is you set the expectation that there would be NO downtime. When one is a remote worker, notification of downtime is required in order for alternative arrangements to be made.
@CheckersSA Thank you. It is a pity that one has to result to a social post to get a response. Perhaps a ticketing system that works or extra support staff should be on cards for 2022
