@citizentvkenya One thing i will always thank ruto for,is SHA paying ksh. 352,000/= when she was operated on and hospitalised for 4 weeks. Mark you,we registered for SHA like today,paid 1 year cover and after few days SHA took over the bill. Thwt woman todate is alive thanks to SHA.
