विपदका बेला कतिपयले ‘चन्दाको धन्दा’ चलाएर गरेका गडबडीहरु हाम्रा विगतका अनुभव हुन्। त्यसैले यो विपदमा एक द्वार प्रणालीमा सहयोग जुटाउने काम होस् भनेर सरकारले तपससिलका ठेगाना उपलव्ध गराएको रहेछ। नगद बाहेक जिन्सी सहयोग गर्न चाहनुहुनेहरुले अर्थ मन्त्रालयले तोकेका व्यक्तिहरुलाई सम्पर्क गर्न सक्नुहुनेछ। जनजनबाट भएको सहयोग रसुवादेखि चितवनसम्मका बाढी पीडितलाई प्रभावकारी ढंगमा समयमै राहत मिलोस् भन्ने अपेक्षासहित सहयोगको अभियानमा सहभागी बनौं। 🙏

I’ve always supported Balen’s government but this squatter issue has gone too far. There are too many vulnerable people left without homes and a roof now. I strongly condemn the occupation of government land but there has to be a method to this madness instead of brazen razing and bulldozing. Couldn’t this have been done in phases after resettling each group? Yes, we want a developed nation where no squatters need to exist, but that comes about with steady economic transformation. I know the government’s intentions are correct, but black and white solutions are not right at this moment.
