Every person who approaches healthcare carries hope, fear, and questions that demand answers. What they need most is not merely attention, but the assurance that someone will walk the path with them.

Today, across all 7 ACs of Diamond Harbour, Sebaashray Mega Camps delivered precisely that assurance. Consultations provided clarity on next steps, diagnostics enabled early detection, essential medicines reached those in need, and patients requiring advanced care were guided toward timely referrals.

🩺 8,348 people received medical consultations
🔍 8,182 diagnostic tests facilitated early intervention
💊 9,342 individuals were provided free medicines
🏥 12 patients were referred for specialised care

At Sebaashray, no one leaves with unanswered questions. Continuity of care is the cornerstone of this initiative, ensuring dignity, trust, and tangible impact in every life we touch.

Despite a clear order from the SC and its own formal communication, the @ECISVEEP has failed to release and publish the list of LOGICAL DISCREPANCIES that it was mandated to publish by the 24th January- today in all Gram Panchayats and municipal wards.

The same software that allegedly assessed and analysed over 7 crore enumeration forms and miraculously detected “logical discrepancies” within one hour on 16 December immediately after the draft rolls were published now seems to have lost its logic, speed, credibility and confidence.

Three obvious questions therefore remains stark and unanswered:

1️⃣ WHAT EXACTLY IS THE ECI TRYING TO HIDE ?

2️⃣ If DISCREPANCIES could be identified in one hour, why does it take days to DISCLOSE them?

3️⃣ Is the @ECISVEEP looking for LOGIC or hiding the DISCREPANCIES?

We wholeheartedly welcome the landmark direction of the Supreme Court to the Election Commission. This much-needed intervention has dealt a decisive blow to the CRUEL, POLITICALLY MOTIVATED and deeply UNJUST SIR process.

The SC has rightly ordered that the names of those arbitrarily slapped with the vague, sinister label of “Logical Discrepancy” must be publicly published. The BJP-ECI combine has been exposed for the BANGLA-BIRODHI ZAMINDARS they are.

It has been clearly directed that the list of unmapped voters must be published, BLA-IIs allowed to attend hearings, hearing venues significantly increased, Madhyamik admit cards accepted as valid ID, and written receipts issued to every summoned voter.

This is a judicial slap across the face of the Election Commission, and the people of Bengal will deliver an even sharper democratic slap to the BJP at the ballot box.

That is the ethic which guides Sebaashray. On the thirty-second day of #Sebaashray2, this commitment has taken tangible form:

🔬 2,519 diagnostic tests ensured early detection and timely action.
💊 2,223 individuals received essential medicines at no cost.
🏥 4,264 people visited our camps, each receiving guidance and support.
🏥 14 patients were referred for advanced treatment.

The measure of Sebaashray will not be found in statistics alone, but in the silence it replaces, with relief and care.

I am deeply moved and genuinely heartened to learn that Sunali Khatun has given birth to a healthy baby boy at Rampurhat Medical College, Birbhum. This moment of joy feels even more profound against the backdrop of the injustice she was subjected to. In a shocking abuse of power, she was FALSELY BRANDED as a Bangladeshi and FORCIBLY DEPORTED TO BANGLADESH by the Delhi Police and the Union Government.

Her ordeal was a violation of dignity that no citizen, least of all a pregnant mother, should ever be forced to endure. Yet, through it all Sunali displayed extraordinary courage and resolve.

This is a triumph of humanity. Tomorrow, during my visit to Birbhum, I will personally meet Sunali at the hospital to convey my best wishes to her and her newborn. My prayers remain with her family.

People did not arrive in hesitation or doubt; they came with expectation, with trust, and with the quiet assurance that Sebaashray fulfilled what it pledged, a structure of care that was organised, compassionate, and immediate.

👉 4,738 individuals received essential medicines free of cost, a powerful intervention that eases financial burden for thousands of families.
👉 195 patients were referred for specialised, advanced treatment, because no one should be denied the chance to heal simply due to circumstance or geography.

#Sebaashray2 is a reaffirmation of what public service must truly be: PROACTIVE, HUMANE, and unconditionally ACCESSIBLE. It stands as a testament to our belief that governance is at its best when it reaches the last person first.
