This incident occurred earlier this (19th June 2024) morning around 7.30 am. To my surprise no action or intervention by the local police station. The goons paraded through Tarawade vasti, causing a disturbance, as they marched from the police station to Mohammad wadi road.

@honda2wheelerin claim to prioritize customer satisfaction, yet their after-sales service falls short. Despite multiple visits to the authorised service center, the qualified service advisor and engineer are unable to track the issue or provide resolutions when highlighted.

@honda2wheelerin It has been over 48 hours with no response to complaints sent through the supposed customer service email, and no follow-up to the customer service call made. I was promised a call back within 24 hours. Ticket number: 1-126183815930.

@honda2wheelerin I believe Hornet 2.0 should only be serviced by the Big wings. The standard service centers lack the capability to effectively detect faults in the bike and provide a satisfactory resolution.
