They kept me in limbo since despite my calls and all. I have to load the credit so as to subscribe because I don't like being stuck.

I made a payment of ₦8,200 to Spectranet's First Bank account since Sunday 2nd, March 2025, yet my account has not been credited. Calls to customer service led nowhere, transferred to an agent, but no response. This service is below abysmal.
