But there are 1000s of proof shows that you are processing neither receipt date not PD. Apps applied later than mine and PD later than mine already got GC. What is really going on?

@USCIS Instead of asking for more applications, which USCIS being understaff cannot handle , please work on pending cases from Oct 2020. It’s frustrating to see “case remains pending “ status even when visa bulletin shows the priority date is current. Please fix it ASAP.

@USCISDirector Filed 485 in Dec2020. 140’s approved, submitted I693 (Aug’21), I485J & Transfer of underlying basis (Jan’22). People filed 1 year after me with later priority dates already got green cards but several cases like mine remain pending at NSC for last 18 months. #MakeNSCWork

@uscisDirector, at this time @uscis seems total JOKE, first 200k ppl downgraded Eb2 to Eb3, then they asked to upgrade by Transfer of underlying basis, NOW, uscis isn't looking at those apps for 2 yrs #MakeNSCWork #MakeNebraskaCenterWork #TransferCasestoNBC

@_RealImmigrant_ @USCIS its not only NSC, even NBCs are processing randomly. I know several cases filed later than mine and having PD later than mine are already got GC. Not sure how these processing is happening.

@USCIS @USCISDirector my EB2 application is pending from Dec 2nd week 2021 in NBC. My PD is current for the last 4 months. When my case will be adjudicated. Please pick cases filed on december 2021.
