we expect our college to understand that a lot of parents are not receiving full salary and those with daily basis earning are not earning properly too so can't the college cut the development fee even which is of no use.

Why we have to pay a fee for what we are not using. JIIT administration has to shelve the development fees and reduce tuition fees for this semester.
