Week 5 of building a brand to 100k a month profit.
I launched new creatives i made using info i saw in tweets from @jforjacob, @EcomTable, @IstvanicMarin, and @antonioventre_ and they’re ripping.
Now I’m trying to learn even more about marketing and making better creatives.
Week 1 of building a brand to 100k a month in profit.
Tested a product and the metrics weren’t great and ads were super unprofitable.
Created a new landing page dedicated to one specific benefit that was congruent with the ads and here’s the results.
Same product and ads
Week 2 of building a brand to 100k a month in profit.
Something interesting that’s helping me spend more is leaving on unprofitable high spending ads.
When i do this my BOFU and MOFU ads perform 10x better and overall account roas goes up.
Been struggling with the brand a lot since the beginning of August.
I turned off all ads for a while to go learn more about marketing/creatives.
I relaunched with my new learnings in mind and performance has been much better.
If i can get more winning creatives i can scale.
Week 2 of building a brand to 100k a month in profit.
Performance has dropped off a cliff in the past few days. I went from profitable most days to this.
I’m cutting ad spend and creating better ads that can scale instead of just blasting budget and hoping for the best.
I was having a lot of inconsistency in ad performance, so i consolidated my ad account and I’m using less ad groups and campaigns.
It seems like focusing on quality over quantity helps reduce wasted budget.
Currently working on iterating on winning creatives so i can scale.
Ecom is the #1 best business in the world in 2026.
And I'm not saying that because I built one to $260M.
I'm saying it because the math is undeniable:
1. No cap on revenue
— we went from $0 to $103M in annual revenue in under 5 years
2. No one physical location required
— we ran a global business from a laptop
3. No inventory risk if you structure it right
— subscription model means predictable demand
4. No VC required
— we raised $0 and kept virtually all the equity
5. Customers pay you before you fulfill
— unlike almost every other business model
6. Retention compounds
— every subscriber you keep is revenue you don't have to re-earn
7. Data ownership
— you know exactly who your customer is, what they buy, and when they churn
8. Exit multiples are extraordinary
— we sold for $260M on $103M revenue
I've been in mobile technology. Fitness. Cannabis. Children's health.
Nothing compounds like a well-structured ecom brand with a subscription model and strong unit economics.
The ceiling doesn't exist.
The only question is whether you pick the right category, build the right product, and have the patience to let it compound.
Most people quit before the compounding becomes visible.
Comment "X" if you want my full playbook of everything I learned while building my business and how you can too :)

I'm a big fan of taxes IF they worked
Like I'd be fine paying even 50% personal income tax but then I'd want:
- high quality roads with walkable sidewalks
- police, fire brigade, ambulance that shows up fast
- police that enforces laws, arrests criminals and a justice system that actually punishes them and keeps society safe
- police that's at your house fast to protect you when you get a burglar or criminal
- healthcare system where I can get helped fast, no waiting lists with preventative care (free blood work every 6mo)
- fast fully digital government system
- fast gov in general, like fast building permit approvals etc
But in most countries you get absolutely none of this now so why would people wanna pay tax then?
It's like paying for a service but you get nothing back or the service doesn't work and you're forced to pay it and you can't do a chargeback either!
