@WSWayland I wish I knew this decades ago. I suffered repeated serious hamstring tears, sprinting and playing team sports. I followed protocols like Askling along with stretching but always eventually ended up injured. Consistent RDLs and variants have seen no further issues

@Jondonkin @simongerman600 Yes and no. Clearances between bonnet and engine have increased to give more room for deformation which improves pedestrian protection. Most of the increased height is due to higher overall vehicle height which is bad for pedestrian protection.
