@DrPayItBack I’ve done this, 3d/week. Worked fairly well for me. I added on a set of negatives on the third day of the week once my progress started to slow since you have an extra day of rest
@HannaSorensen I was feeling the same way for my last two rotations, so I did reset! Definitely helped with how broad the FM shelf is. The only thing I’d recommend if you do reset is to screenshot all of your past performance data, in case you ever want to look back for strengths/weak areas
