#metrobank Customer service is a joke at Basingstoke. Back and forth we go with inconsistent information. No training, no staff and very unhappy customers

@santanderukhelp It's great that The UK Gov have reduced the base rate to help mortgage payments. Fine if you are on a variable rate but how about those of us on a fixed rate?

I WILL NEVER RENT FROM @Avis AGAIN! I returned the vehicle full, showed the receipt and was still charged $98.40 for fuel charges! Then they refuse to fix the problem, even after I was willing to provide a bank statement showing the gas fill up charge! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
