@Paul_Myburgh @Leon_Schreib Yes her receipt is valid. The ministers have been putting out exemptions, with the current one valid till the end of the year so she is legally in the country and the receipt is proof of this that is until you receive the outcome.

@Paul_Myburgh @Leon_Schreib It gets issued from the day it is approved, so definitely won't be expired. If you receive it in October 2024, it will likely be valid from October 2024.

@Leon_Schreib @Leon_Schreib firstly thank you for the recent extension in terms of visa applications. Is there anyway to obtain an update for HA on a visa application made a year ago? I haven't heard anything and it is extremely stressful
