@TUIUK On Xmas day I booked a flight stupidly for the wrong date (by 3 days), no option to amend or cancel it online, chatbot kept telling me to call - I am now told I will lose all the money because I didn't do this in 24hours when I couldnt as I didnt have the option!?

@TUIUK I used the chat function - I got sent round in a loop and all I got was the contact number to amend a flight only booking. It did not offer live chat and it did not suggest contacting the social media team. Why do Tui always make things so difficult!?

#premierinn offers early check-in for a price/available. The last 3 I've stayed at "no early check-ins, open for no one 'til 3pm"... Customers congregate. 3pm, queues & bottlenecks. I don't get it. My initial thoughts about premier inn now are queues & which chain Ill try next.
